Rooms and availability
In the Room
I liked that I could rest and have my baggage secure while I was on a 9-hour lay-over without leaving the airport.
I didn't like that I needed to book the room on the internet for the whole day even though I'd use it for only part of my lay-over. (My layover was from 8:30am-5:30pm. ) I later found out that I could book by the hour if I contacted the hotel directly by phone. But the website didn't give the phone number. I got the business card and will keep it and tell others about the hotel. I would go again.
I like to have a good shower before having a long flight. I also like to have a snap and take me e-mails.
I found the bed and the room a bit too small. I did not need the two beds. I would rather prefer a bigger bed, even fee millimetre. Also, I found the place a bit noisy with the childreens running in the corridor. There was nobody in the corridor to stop them, or to check. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that with the online reservation with Booked.net, you can not pay "a la carte" the exact amount of time to rent the services. Only on place you can do it. this is not great.
Right at the airport. Showers were cleaned every hour and there was no issue with availability of hot water, soap, shampoo and fresh towels. Good for a short layover.
Very small cabins with bunker beds. The front desk uses loudspeakers in the passage way to pass on messages to individual guests instead of using the phone inside each cabin. This is very annoying as you keep waking up from your sleep every 15 mins.
It was a good choice for us. We arrived @ Guarulhos airport @ 21:30 and had to check in for our international flight @ 4:30 the next morning. It was a practical and convenient choice. Expensive for what is has to offer, but we were a captive audience without any other choice inside the airport! Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and recommend it to others.
I had reserved rooms with bathrooms and they were not available upon my arrival.
I like the place the hotel is situated.
But I'm not glad with my reservation.I asked a room with toilet inside and when I arrived they told me by booking we can never reserve a room with toilet.I was very dispointed.
The location. It is very convenient to a person In transit.
I stayed there because I had to wait for a connection to Buenos Aires and I wanted a place to sleep and to take a shower. I really liked the hotel because even if it is very small, it has everything you need. The washrooms are clean and comfortable and the rooms too. The girl at the front desk didn´t speak english or spanish just portugues, but she tried her best to explain herself, so the language was not problem at all.
Inside Guarulhos airport
Small (only 4m2), overpriced and no bathroom in the room.
This hotel falls outside the normal parameters of reviews, as it is strictly a short-term convenience for travellers with poor flight connections in Guarulhos airport (or to help avoid the notorious Sao Paulo traffic if necessary). The rooms are quite small, and in most of the rooms there are "bunk beds" (there are also "suites" but I have not seen one). The bathrooms (separate) are spacious and clean. So this is a hotel to use only for this purpose of connecting flights (that is, to sleep and to shower), and for this purpose, it is fine. It is not a hotel where one goes "to stay". Remember to book in advance, as it tends to fill up.
Helpful staff, clean room and shower (separate, with towels Soap and enough Space).
Difficult to find in the airport, had to ask several people - no signs.
Rooms are very very small(normal rooms) and look like prison cells with no windows! Very noisy too.
This ¨capsule¨ hotel is a very neat idea in a case where one has a late arrival into Guaruhlos Airport and an early departure the next morning. I did not find it noisy like some of the other commentators and I had a good and uninterrupted night´s sleep.
It was extremely expensive (especially for single use) for what was provided.
Excellent location for stay over pessanger. Very good cleanliness. Comfortable and clean shower room.
In the room : TV not working, Reading light not working, would be much more comfortable and safe if the bed not the bunker bed.
The only advantage of this hotel is its location inside the airport. Other than that, I found it extremely overpriced: 130 dollars for a tiny room without a private bathroom or anything at all. The worst aspect of the hotel, apart from its ridiculous price, was the noise: I only had four or five hours to sleep, and the man at the reception had the television on the whole night -and pretty loud too! It woke me up several times during the night, and I actually had to go out and ask him to turn it down (as if he didn't know the hotel was full of people trying to sleep!).
Staff was friendly and helpful
Bed was terrible, had a depresion in the middle and all felt old and run down. I was suprised that hotel had such poor beds, which is pretty much the only reason to stay there...
